Improper care of animals

I have this friend, but she is really more of an acquaintance? Anyways she's getting a pet rabbit, except she's only getting one, and I told her that if she only has one it's going to be incredibly lonely since rabbits are so social. She's also planning on getting a very small hutch for it and I just don't know what to do, I'm not really close enough with her to "confront" her or correct her care, but I don't want to sit by while a bunny is being mistreated:( what would you do??
