Any other Massachusetts moms? I have a question!

So I’m 27 weeks tomorrow, second pregnancy and I’m struggling. I’m a nurse, constantly on my feet, lifting patients all day, not to mention we’re short staffed and I constantly have more patients than I’m legally supposed to (that’s a whole extra issue). With my first pregnancy I was so active, felt great, even worked until I was 40+3! This time around I’m having pain, major varicose veins down my legs and on my labia (YES MY LABIA 😩) . There’s a new law in Massachusetts that we can take medical and maternity leave, but I’m not sure what the process is? Thanks!
