Endometriosis

Hello! I've had endometriosis for about 3 years now, and I'm curious what you guys do to help the pain and what birth control works the best with endo. I am always in pain, and if I take the pill I can't even have sex without almost crying because it hurts so bad. I have THC lotion and that helps a little with the pain. But i really need a birth control that won't make me hurt!!! Also what are the best positions to help it not hurt?? Help!
