Labour or just cramping?

So im 40 weeks tomorrow and at my midwife appointment today they did a stretch and sweep. She said I was already 2cms and could stretch to 3cms.

Which makes sense cause I've been cramping on and off the past 2 days 🤷‍♀️ but I've been having very inconsistent cramps and nerve spasms in my tail bone since not long after the stretch and sweep which are both actually decently painful.

Also had some mucus like discharge but it was brownish which is a first cause I've had nothing but the white creamy discharge all pregnancy.

Anyway is this just from the stretch and sweep or could it be labour already?

Definitely a lot more stressed out about this baby than my first 😅
