7.5mg femara + fertilaid + preseed = success ??

Hiya Ladies,

Just wanting some encouragement. So doc has upped my dose to 7.5mg. I already ovulate on my own but we’ve never been successful in conceiving. DH has low sperm count and we’ve decided to give fertilaid a try for him and I’ve ordered preseed for this cycle. According to app I should ovulate sometime next week but I have some cheapie opks and two cb digi ovulation ones left. When should I start testing and has anyone had any success using this combo without having to do a trigger shot ?
