I need answers

I just got off birth control. I was on the implant, which I hadn’t gotten my period the whole year I was on it. I’ve always kept track of my dates I would start and finish my period during the year since I’ve been off I hadn’t gotten my period and missed by five days could I be pregnant even though I hadn’t gotten my period in a whole year and a month. I would think there wouldn’t be an egg to fertilize. Thank you.
