Assuming something is wrong...?

I know this woman but not very well. We went to school together. She was due with her 4th child at the end of May. She was very active on social media and had a following. She would post every day including stories. Her last post was May 26 about her and her family going out to eat before the baby arrived. Ever since then it’s been complete silence. She was one to post DAILY so this is very odd for her. Am I weird or wrong to assume that something is probably wrong with the baby? She had COVID during pregnancy and complications due to it. I know we still don’t fully know how COVID affects fetuses. Does it sound like something’s wrong or maybe she’s just taking a social media break for whatever reason...?
