6 weeks 6 days ultrasound tech wouldn’t tell me anything

I’m 90% sure I’m having a miscarriage because the tech I had wouldn’t tell me anything at all about my pregnancy. It wasn’t till after I said something she turned the screen to show me a little bean for a second but nothing about their heart rate or their dates. I’ve had a miscarriage and was walked threw everything right there. I’ve also had a tubal pregnancy and a full term stillborn. I’m just sitting at work waiting to hear if it’s a missed miscarriage again. I have no spotting or cramping. It’s really really depressing I can’t even tell anyone.
