has anyone ever had this?? weird taste

this has been going on for about a week now. basically when i taste things like foods or whatever it tastes like sulfur to me. it’s not everything though it’s random stuff like (my toothpaste, ice cream, abs some other foods). i’ve also noticed that something smell like sulfur to me as well when i smell them. i am sexually active but on BC and i never miss it. i was just wondering if this is a pregnancy symptom thing or sickness thing bc my ears and nose have felt stopped up as well
