Help!! Chart included

I keep getting positive OPKs sporadically this cycle. I recently saw my OB and he said there's a chance I could have PCOS. Said if I'm not pregnant by July to call him. I don't want to wait until July to find out if I have PCOS. I am wondering if I ovulated Dec 3 since that's when there was a temp increase and then it stayed up for 3 days... But then this morning I got another pos opk. Any help out there?? 😒 not to mention there is no cover line showing up
