Newborn no vax no visit

I would love to know everyone's thoughts. I'm a few months off giving birth and talked to my Heath care provider and they told me I should let family and friends know now that if they aren't vaccinated for whooping cough they shouldn't be visiting the baby until after his vaccinations. This is my rainbow baby after multiple miscarriages and I want my baby boy to be as safe as possible, is it unreasonable to ask for people to vaccinate if they want to visit?
