18 dpo low hcg

18dpo based on lh surge, did not take Temps. I had blood work Friday that came back as 30 HCG

I've had major moodiness, tender breast, some nausea and took these tests this morning. AF is 5 days late, even though these lines are faint they have darkened since Friday. Is it still possible having a viable pregnancy with low hcg levels? Redraw of blood tomorrow. Has a chemical pregnancy 3 years ago and nervous for that again.
