Hey ladies how far along were you when you had your baby shower? What’s the ideal time in your opinion?

I think around 30 weeks is a good time. I never do mine after 35 weeks. At that point you might be too uncomfortable to really enjoy it.

I had mine at 35 weeks, 4 days. I probably would have had it 2-3 weeks earlier, but that’s when everyone in my family was available.

My partner and I are each having our own because we both have big families, and they live in separate cities about 3 hours apart. The first one, we'll be having early, between 28-30 weeks because it's the hottest time of the year and we'll be driving out of town and back. The second will be between 34-36 weeks, which seems like a much more reasonable time being so close to home.
My cousin is also having hers early, closer to 30 weeks, because there's a tendency for women on her side of the family to deliver early.

I had mine at 36 weeks and 1 day… gave birth the very next day 😅
