13 dpo am I nuts or do I see two lines in tweaked ?

Hi all! I'm new here and new to actually trying to have a baby! Our first was a please t surprise. 13 dpo here. I tested this morning with a first response early result test. It's pretty clear to be only one line but I attempted some tweaking and I feel like I'm going nuts. Please let me know what you ladies think! Feel free to tweak original also!  Also had some light light spotting an hour ago and am scheduled for AF in 1-3 days.
