Period due in 2 days

So AF is due in two days and I tested today and got a BFN. I have been trying to conceive since Jan and no luck. I have been taking prenatal vitamins and tracking my ovulation days. I have been thinking about trying preseed if I get AF in two days has anyone used that pros or cons?
