Weird rash under skin

😭 I don’t have insurance so I don’t have anywhere to go or else I would’ve gone already.

Does ANYBODY recognize this rash that’s under my skin? It’s so itchy and it literally pops up every other day on my hands and bottom of my feet. Nowhere else. It’s not my shampoo, body wash, soap, any of that stuff because I’m using the same stuff I’ve been using for years. It started like 6ish months ago. Benadryl used to help for a little but it’s gotten to the point where Benadryl and hydrocortisone cream both don’t do anything. And it’s gotten to the point where the bottoms of my feet hurt so bad that I can’t even walk. I tried epsom salt but that didn’t help either.
