Placenta previa

So at my 19 week anatomy scan Wednesday the ultrasound tech said my placenta was covering my cervix . The doctor didn’t specifically put me on pelvic rest but he said it would be wise to . Which is kinda hard as I’m a stay at home mom with a rambunctious toddler . Does that mean to avoid sex as well? He didn’t specifically say to but would it be wise ? I have a next appointment July 7 at 23 weeks . And then at my 28 week appointment I have another ultrasound to check to see if it’s moved .
