Fetal Heartrate dropped...?

Good evening. I went for an ultrasound on 6/4 where I was 6w4d and the baby’s heart rate was 111. I went back this past Friday, 6/11, and the baby’s heart rate had dropped to 85. My doctor told me that I would miscarry within the week. Has anyone experienced this? I just can’t comprehend what is going on and it’s hard to walk around knowing if my baby has a heartbeat or if it has stopped... I’m going to call in the morning to try to get in for another ultrasound as I have had no cramping or bleeding.
