Pain and pressure 20 weeks

Last night I had the worst pain and pressure. I really thought I was having a miscarriage. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I never had that with the other 2. There was never any blood last night or today but I did have bloody mucus about a week and a half ago. The doctors said with the bloody mucus to just see if pain accompanied it but when the pain came there was no blood at all. I felt the baby move this morning but now I’m a bit concerned. I don’t want to ask my dr because when I asked about the bloody mucus no one seemed to care and just said well it may be a miscarriage come in if the blood increases or the pain does. Has anyone else had this?
