Ovulation

Does this look like my body was trying to ovulate but kept failing?? Or did I indeed ovulate? 20dpo & 8 days late today. Cycle is usually 29 days long. Got a blood & a pregnancy test done maybe 5 days ago & was neg. haven’t taken a test since. Trying to figure out what’s going on with my body. Not sure if I should wait another week until I take another test. No symptoms other than extremelyyy sore breast and nipples. Please help! Any feedback would be great!!
