TMI mucus? Whaaat is this?

So since about 18-19w (I'm 22+3 now) after I have sex I've had a pretty substantial amount of mucus coming out for the following 24 hours. When it first happened I freaked out a bit and called nurse on call and they said it might be my mucus plug and to go to the GP. They confirmed it's not semen.

Basically every time I have sex now in the following day I get this (about 4 X this amount during the 24 hours following).

I had a midwife appointment today and asked her and showed her this picture and she had no idea. She said she has never seen anything like this before and nobody has ever mentioned it to her before so she didn't really have much advice for me.

My main concern is that it's my mucus plug and that I'm losing a lot of it multiple times during the week. The midwife said that might be what it is and to call the hospital next time it happens to talk to one of the OBGYNs there. I have no signs of labor no cramping no blood etc.

Does anyone else get this kind of mucus / discharge about 3 times a week (and about 4 times a day)? I've spoken to my GP, nurse on call, doctor on call and the midwife and other than them saying they "don't know" I haven't really had much reassurance that this is actually normal 😂 nobody will say it's normal but I can't get any info from them about what it is...

Super stretchy and white / clear / cream coloured.
