Vaccine

Hey mommies. Im pregnant again. Had my first baby 9 months back. Could anyone here help me out in a very serious matter? I conceived around almost 28 days back and during that time i got my first dose of the vaccine. Now at that time i didnt know i was pregnant. Im due for my second dose. But rumor has it, the vaccine isnt good for unborn babies and i might either lose my child, the child could be born with defects. Im worried should i listen to this rumor or go ahead with my second dose?
