Weight loss tips please

Last year I weighed 120-125. I got pregnant and lost it at 7 weeks but while I was pregnant I gained 5lbs (idk if this is important or not) and then after I gained another 5lbs and I can’t seem to lose it. Im eating better while eating less, im working out more plus my do landscape maintenance so im moving all day at work. Im so unhappy with my body but idk what else I can do, when I research things I see people telling me to do sit ups and then another person telling me not to do sit ups.

Going to the gym is not an option for me as I can’t afford a membership and don’t feel comfortable going as Covid is bad in my area.

I really just want to tone up and build muscle. I’m also experiencing a lot of bloating and just stomach issues in general.

If you have any tips or supplement recommendations I’d really appreciate it
