TMI PIC! What did I just cough up???

A little back story, I went to bed Sunday night with difficulty/pain swallowing and Monday morning woke up feeling worse so I went to the doctors office right away. Had the strep test done and she said it was slightly pink so she went ahead and prescribed me Amoxicillin. This morning I felt so much better compared to the last two days. I have been congested but because of the pain in my throat I couldn’t really cough up any of the mucus in my chest because it was just too painful. So, this morning (now that I feel better) I was finally able to try. I coughed up some normal phlegm about 2/3 times until the very last time I felt something very unusual come up.

Does this seem normal or should I see my doctor again? It is very thick & chunky. I could tell right away it was not anything compared to the phlegm I coughed up prior to this. It reminds me of what my mucus plug looked/felt like.
