My son has been fighting his sleep since birth

Hes 8 months now going on 9 months z.. ITS EVERYTIME I PUT HIM TO BED HE DOESNT WANT TO SLEEP AND FIGHTS ME HE IS SOOOO SLEEPY THAT HE JUST FIGHTS IT IDK WHY IM SICK AND TIRED OF HIM . All i want is a normal baby . Hes not normal and doesnt go to sleep normal. He sleeps hella late and wakes up early doesnt make sense. !!! All i want is for him to sleep without struggling to sleep!! All i want is rest and sleep myself. hes a difficult ass baby and im still struggling with postpartum depression
