might be abit tmi but everytime i have an orgasm either caused by masturbation or intercourse i get extremely bad cramping in my lower tummy, i feel as if it’s not normal?

Cramping is fairly common for women post orgasm however it would not hurt to bring it up to your doctor. That on top of other symptoms may mean there is something else going on. I discussed this with my doctor and she recommended drinking lots of water to make sure I’m hydrated and I did notice that helped a lot. She also said I could take a muscle relaxer beforehand to try to prevent the pain, but I’ve found the extra water is enough. If it’s something that concerns you always talk to your doctor about it.
