Nexplanon, is this normal?

I’ve had my implant in for about a year now.. and all of a sudden, today I’ve had a slight pain (more of a tenderness) around my implant. The implant is still in place from what I can tell and doesn’t feel broken or bent. And it doesn’t hurt when I touch the actual implant.

- side note I also felt kinda dizzy and sick today but that is also a norm for me.

I just don’t know if it’s something I should really worry about or if this has happened to anyone else. I did try looking it up and completely ended up freaking myself out.
