Bleeding after sex?

Hello so me & my man always have sex but whenever we don’t for either a week or a month (sometimes) I bleed for like a day and it stops, but could it be something else? Could I be sick or something kinda worried. Last time we had sex was 4-5 days ago, but we did it again & I bled (it’s not my period)..

It could be lack of moisture, maybe you need to use a water-based lube like an Astro glide, nothing that heats up or it’s flavored, that’s an infection waiting to happen or the other thought is that you’re not well stimulated, maybe you need to work on that so that the skin can expand, I literally had a partner who was the size of a soda can, no clue how he fit it in there, but because I was well lubricated and relaxed and stimulated, it fit like a glove apparently, wasn’t painful at all, your body is meant to be able to expand to accommodate a child. Only time you should be tearing or bleeding or anything it’s because you’re not lubricated or Relaxed or stimulated. Try incorporating the lube and see if that helps, or perhaps he’s just shoving it in there or not taking the time to warm you up.￼ I hope things get better
