Switching Pills

Im 25 y/o and have been on Levlen ED for almost 11 years. After a six month break from it, I went back onto it and found I was feeling really off and foggy.

I went to my Doctor and got a new prescription to try a different pill. Now I'm on Yasmin and I'm only half way through the first pack. I'm meant to be ovulating soon (I know I shouldn't ovulate on the pill but I've just had surgery and my ovulation is pretty brutal).

So as I said I'm about to ovulate and I've started getting pain through my pelvic, it hurts when I go to the bathroom and im spotting.

Has anyone else experienced this? I've never had this, so its a little concerning.
