It might be s heat rash or an allergy reaction to something you ate if you are breastfeeding

I would say heat rash too.. if it spreads or gets more red then cal the pedi to make sure

Babies have rashes all the time, they often move around the body.
Roll a glass over the bumps, if the bumps go white all is fine. You can do this by pressing the skin  with your finger aswell x
