33weeks6days is this an abscess in my nipple? Please help very painful TMI (photo of nipple 😳)

Hi all will try keep this short so for 2 weeks my right nipple was really painful I put it down to my bra being to tight and the fact that my nipples had been leaking.. my right boob had stopped leaking and became painful so thought it had just got blocked up I called my doctor on Friday to say I think I have mastitis and he wouldn’t see me just prescribed me antibiotics and said he doubts it would be that as I’m not breastfeeding and due to me still being pregnant he said you usually only get that after the baby is here but said he would give me some antibiotics anyway just incase so it’s now day 3 of taking the antibiotics: ( Flucloxacillin 500mg ) and nothing has changed my nipple is still extremely painful!!!! 😩😩 very sore all day/night, hard, hot to touch, red and I just generally feel unwell in myself

I’ve tried soaking it

Leaving a hot flannel on it

Massaging it

It’s like my nipple has been glued shut 😩
