When will my baby sleep by himself

Like I see in movies, I tuck him in say good night. Is that a think? If so, at what age? Just wondering… 🙄

My twins slept all night by 3 months my two year old still does not. If thats what you mean. My twins by the time they were 3 i could tuck them in and pray and theyd go to bed. Now theyre 4 and i tuck thwm in and pray and then tell them to sleep but they dont lol i can hear them talking and playing and giggle for like 30-60 more mins

My oldest started that when she was maybe 3.5 years old.

My LO has been in her own room in her crib sleeping about 630p-7a and only waking once since about 12 weeks. I’m going to start to wean her off the midnight bottle probably around 4.5 months :)

My lil man is just about four months and I started ferberizing a few days ago (Thursday). He took to it right away and has been doing a great job of going to sleep on his own in his own room with little to no fuss. He is also only waking up a couple times at night and he has gotten way better at day time napping. This is such a dramatic difference from the beginning of the week where I had to fight with him to take naps and he was waking up every hour through the night to eat. They say it’s best to try sleep training when they are around 5-6 months but they also said when they are going through sleep regression (waking up every 1-2 hours at night) it’s a good time to start and that normally happens at about three months. Maybe look up the Ferber method and see if it’s something that you want to try. It has been a life saver for me
