Discharge that smells like chemical (bleach)

Hi, I’m 6 months pregnant n I noticed my discharge started to have a chemical smell that’s similar to bleach, I don’t have any itching, weird color discharge or anything like that it’s just the smell of bleach. At my last week appointment, I told the doctor and she prescribed KLion D 100 (a pill inserted in my vagina). I’ve been using it for about 3-4 days now n nothing changed. Do you ladies have any recommendations on how to fix the bleach smell?
