What is going on

So I am pregnant, according to this app 7 weeks 3 days. Yesterday morning I wiped and had slightly pink discharge. Later on I had 1 episode with bright red blood. That night I had brown discharge for a while then dark red. Then it stopped. This morning it picked up with an almost flow for like an half an hour then stopped. I went to the ER they did an ultrasound which put me at 6 weeks 2 days. They heard a heart beat and all, they said my HTG was 10000 and I'm coming back Tuesday to have them check again. While still having brown discharge then stop to red discharge then stop. My question is has any one gone through this and had a successful pregnancy. Since yesterday I've been cramping on and off, but nothing it feels out of the ordinaru.
