Serve back pain

Anyone had serve back pain at 24/25 weeks? I've been dealing with this for almost a week now, tried belly/back brace, warm bath, hot shower on my back, ice packs on belly and heat on my back (not very long obviously but was told it might help) already sleep on my sides, tried being on all 4s with pillow under my arms. Stretching, dancing/attempting to work out already walk plenty at work. Baby moves constantly. It's so bad I need help up out of bed/couch. Tylenol isn't cutting it, trying not to go to chiropractor if i don't need to.. See my dr in 2 days
