Is it light spotting or a proper period? Light or red blood? 
If your period continues it might be that you are unfortunately having a chemical pregnancy, if it's just light spotting and stops test again in a few days.

The same day I took my test I had implantation bleeding for a week that looked like the start of period and even once filled up a panty liner. I even had bad cramping but it would come and go and unlike my period the cramps would just stay there. I did freak out but as long as theres no clots or like super super heavy bleeding then You should be fine ❤️ i know it’s scary

This happened to me. The bleeding disappeared after a day so I believe it was implantation bleeding.
