Do any other women struggle with casual dating?

If I’m talking to a hot guy and he’s communicating sporadically and not making plans and being flaky. But I’m super attracted to him. I find it hard to accept that he only wants casual. I’m looking for a relationship and I get hurt and frustrated when guys are so casual about things.

My friends said everything starts out casual but I don’t like it.

The last guy I was talking to took 5 weeks to respond to a text message. He said he wanted to keep talking but I cut him off completely. My friends said I should have kept talking and been causal about it
