So my fiancé got in really bad drugs. Well both of our names are on the lease and he’s trying to have me and the kids kicked out. If we are both on the lease can he have me kicked out sense he’s the main on with the income? My mom agreed to move in to help with bills so I’m wondering about all this?

Maybe explain to your landlord that he give heavily involved in drugs & your mother has agreed to move in to help out. I’m sure if you explain your situation, they’d be willing to have him removed instead of you.
