Birth control after birth
Hey everyone! I have my 6 week postpartum follow up next week and need to figure out birth control options. I have a little boy who is breast feeding and I am 34 years old (this is my first child). Anyone have any recommendations on what birth control is good after pregnancy? Specifically for someone in their mid 30s. Am thinking maybe the shot.. anyone have experience with that?
