What were your early signs of labor?

What were your early signs of labor with your twins? When did they start and when did you deliver?

3 days before I went into labor I felt like I was getting the flu. Body ached. Lower back pain. Thigh pain. Cramps. And contractions on and off for hours

My water broke at 3 am I didn't feel any pain or contraction till around 7 am when they gave me meds that being contractions

Answer

I felt pressure.  I could feel my daughters head coming down.
