Double Protection?

Hey everyone! I'm currently on birth control (pill form), but I was wondering: would it be worth it to use the pill and a condom also? I know that birth control is very effective, and I do take it regularly, but I was curious about using a condom also. Obviously it would lower the risk of pregnancy, but I wasn't sure if it would even be worth it, seeing as birth control is very effective. Have any of you guys gotten pregnant just by taking the pill? Thanks!
