I’m wanting to paint half of our downstairs ceilings due to a water issue, but I’m concerned about VOCs since we plan to TTC in like 6 weeks. What I read online is so mixed so I’m not sure what to do.

You can get low VOC paint but honestly as long as you're not hotboxing yourself with paint fumes you can use whatever and it be perfectly fine.
