Reasonable Accommodation @work
My company I was just hired to has a 100% attendance policy.
However, I am 6 months pregnant and have doctors appointments every two weeks.
Is this something I can request reasonable accommodation for? Or should I just tell them when I have a doctors appointment.
I’m scared they will let me go if I’m upfront about not being able to attend 100%.
