Affording daycare

Olivia

I am a stay at home mom of a 2 year old. My bf works full time to support our family and it has been working out great! We hired a babysitting to come for 5 hours once a week just so I can go do whatever I want alone haha. However, I am one that loves working and wants to be working a full time job. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE staying home with my son, but I am very career driven. We are totally financially stable with how our situation is currently, however definitely cannot afford full time childcare just off of my husband's income. If I work full time, we can afford care without problems. However, how do I get a full time job when I don't have childcare yet, and how would I afford childcare without a full time job? It feels like a catch22. We are financially stable, but don't have all this extra money to put my son in care immediately until I get a couple paychecks under my belt. I don't have family to watch my son either. Anyone find a away around this? Also not looking for a job i can take my son either. I have been a nanny for years and ready to get out of that field and work with more adults.
