alcohol & cramps + late period

please please help. i’ve been partying with friends s lot lately. i hooked up with a guy about two weeks ago and now my period is late, but i didn’t think much of it bc i’m irregular anyways, but last night when i was drinking, my stomach BURNED. it was cramps times one million. it felt like someone was squeezing my uterus with their bare hands. this only occurred while drinking. has anyone experienced this after drinking ? could the feeling be an indication of pregnancy ?
