What can he do?

My SO has been stopped 3x by local law enforcement and the state patrol. The 1st incident they said his windows were too dark, but once checked they were ok. But when they ran his name something came up about child molestation in Arkansas. Which is crap because whatever happened in Arkansas was just last year (2020) and my SO never left the state. They asked him if he's ever been up there he said no and so after they ran his finger print and loads of officers came they decided to call the local bounty hunter. My SO's family is known to the bounty hunter and know about my SO and he confirmed that he wasn't the guy they are looking for. So they let him leave. A few weeks after that he got stopped for speed (5mph over) well again they ran his name and same thing. He was mad but well he said go ahead waste your and my time running those fingers prints. Of course it's not him so they let him leave. So today he was coming back from work and as he pulled up to the street he got pulled over but this time they had him in hand cuffs and sitting in the back of his own truck. he just found it all amusing they did the whole thing over fingers prints and all ... And said that it was a match. He laughed and stated that how is it that i am able to get a license to carry if i had those charges against him in Arizona. For the fact they have to run the finger prints for that. He showed them and let him go. I have nothing to worry about because I know for a fact its not him. We are just getting fed up with this situation. Cop even said well maybe you should go up to Arizona and find the man yourself and turn him in. Is there something we can to do prevent this from happening again. I mean wouldn't they have a picture of this person?
