Is this normal for nursing school?

I’m in nursing school and it is so disorganized. The teacher is behind on grading 4 weeks worth of assignments. They don’t know when we’re starting off campus clinical’s, and for on campus clinical’s, it’s such a waste to go to school because the teacher doesn’t even demonstrate the skill. We just practice what’s on the checklist with confusion. About 1/2 of the class gets checked off for skills, and the other half gets left behind. Is this normal for a nursing school?
