Is this too much or not enough to eat?

Hi. I’m recovering from an ED (eating disorder) of almost 15 years old. Yesterday I feel like I ate a lot and was really full and uncomfortable feeling. My husband said it really wasn’t that much. But I was so stuffed and felt awful. Can you tell me objectively if this was too much food or really not enough? Thanks.

Breakfast:

Two frozen breakfast burritos. Eggs, sausage and potato are inside.

Lunch: homemade soup. Shredded chicken, white beans, corn, tomatoes, onions, and peppers inside. Topped with shredded cheese.

Dinner: homemade tuna salad sandwich.
