How do I leave?

My boyfriend is always making me drop my friends, telling me I can’t be bi, telling me what to wear around my house and in public, I have to wear a T-shirt and basketball shorts when im swimming With my mom and family, and so many other things, I always try and leave but he guilts me to stay, I don’t know how to leave he’s put his ha did on me so many times, forced me to have sex with him when I was in horrible pain, etc.

Update: I broke up with him, he’s calling me off other people’s phone, saying I have to come see him for 4th of July, saying how I’m over reacting, etc.
