MY SELF-ESTEEM IS GONE

Ugh if your reading this I really appreciate you !

I’m usually a pretty confident girl I’m always labeling myself as a bad bitch and feeling pretty even though I suffer from acne prone skin. I recently started birth control a week ago and I’m breaking out hormonally I don’t know if it’s the medicine but I feel so ugly and I can’t even bear to look in the mirror it’s not just the acne it’s my feelings torwards my whole apperence. I don’t know what to do and my birthdays is comming up as well as a trip I’m planning to go too but I feel so ugly. It’s may sound like an exaggeration but I feel as if my self confidence is in real jeprody :(
